EBC Pale Ale

Or Two Brothers as we call it at the Brewery after Skip and Walter Yahn who were the original investors in our little pub. Our American-style Pale Ale is Copper in color, mildly malty, and packed with citrusy Cascade hop flavor and aroma.5.5 ABV | 51 IBU

Blueberry Wheat

A refreshing beer any time of the year! A light golden brew that starts out with Canadian 2 row barley, White wheat, and noble German Hops. Then we add just the right amount of blueberry to give a great flavor and aroma.
4.2 ABV | 11 IBU

Nut Brown

Our Brown Ale is surprisingly light bodied, but has lots of great roasted flavors, reminiscent of dark chocolate, and a nice earthy English hop finish.
5.4 ABV | 38 IBU

EVL Amber Ale

Amber has a great balance between its roasted Belgian crystal malts and its grapefruity American hops. 5.2 ABV | 44 IBU

Toasted Lager (aka Lennon's Light)

At the Pub we affectionately call this brew Lennon's Light Lager in memory or our long time friend and soup chef Jimmy Lennon. This brew is our lightest on tap and is the beer we attempt to bridge the gap between craft and those other brews, but make no mistake we still use only the finest American and European malts and hops to make this homage to Jimmy. 4.2 ABV | 12 IBU

Black Jack Oatmeal Stout

In the tradition of all the great stouts that have come before it, our stout is made with only the most choice English malts & hops. Black Jack is dark, rich, smooth, silky, and has a complex flavor and body, reminiscent of espresso and cocoa. Served on Nitro.5.4 ABV | 44 IBU

Pantius Droppus

The name of this beer has been the topic of many great (and sometimes unusual and awkward) conversations, and has even garnered the blessing of a priest as a Brew Fest. This is our Imperial Pale Ale. It is brewed with tons of delicious secret malts and loads upon loads of glorious hops, and finally dry hopped with copious amounts of Cascade Hops.10.6 ABV | 95 IBU

Summer Wheat

An amazing summertime thirst quencher. Our Hefeweizen is brewed in the traditional German style, using only German Noble hops, wheat, barley, yeast, and water. The Hefe is straw to yellow in color, with hints of banana and clove. 4.2 ABV | 14 IBU

Mowmasters Ultra Pale Ale

Mow Master uses sweet Belgian Cara Malts and an array of Aromatic American Hops, including Citra, in a Hopback and our "Hop Bombing" process to create a citrusy Summer Pale that is light on body and bitterness--but big on flavor and aroma. A perfect brew for those long days in the hot sun! 5.0 ABV | 36 IBU

Octoberfest Lager

In the days of yore this brew was reserved for the noble families of Germany and was so revered that the Germans would schedule special events upon its release, imbibing until all the delicious brew was gone...

Every year at the EBC we brew this beer for our fall festival and the reaction of the public is much the same as it was back in the day. We use only the freshest German Hallatauer hops and Munich malts to produce this Royal brew.
5.6 ABV | 24 IBU

EVL Blizzard

Our winter ale uses Belgian crystal malts, English and German noble hops, is mildly malty, with hints of caramel, spice, and some nice earthy undertones. Amber in color with a  slightly orange head. 7.0 ABV | 38 IBU

E.S.B.

A golden British style ale with a mellow body and a crisp hop finish that comes form an eclectic mix of American, German, and English hops. 4.8 ABV | 42 IBU

Hop Bomb

This Pale Ale uses copious amounts of Canadian Malts and West Coast Hops in the Kettle then is Hopbacked through whole leaf Simcoe and Finished with our "Hop Bomb" process which re circulates the finished brew through whole leaf hops 3 days giving it an amazingly fresh flavor and aroma.
8.8 ABV | 77 IBU

Black & Blue

We've put a special twist on our famous Blueberry brew and added a touch of chocolate just for you!
5.0 ABV | 22 IBU

Hopicity

During Colonial times New York State was the Hop Capitol of North America and was poised to become the largest producing region of hop growing in the world...but then came prohibition, and with the loss of the brew came the loss of the hop farms in this area. Recently farmers in Central New York have started to reclaim old hop farms and have replanted this once top crop. Each year we travel to these reclaimed farms and gather hops fresh from the vine to brew Hopicity. It uses all fresh "wet" hops that are no more than several hours off the vine giving us the richest, resiney, most floral flavors.
7.4 ABV | Lots-O-IBU

German Stein Beer

Brewed in conjunction with the Alleghany alers this is North America's only authentically brewed stein beer. We make this one using Old World techniques that require us to boil the wort with red hot granite rocks. This technique really caramelizes the malts and gives a unique smoky flavor to the beer. 6.2 ABV | 30 IBU

Chocolate Cherry Bomb

A robust Imperial Stout brewed with English hops, chocolate malt, Oregon dark sweet cherries, and Love. Served on Nitro. 8.2 ABV | 32 IBU

Hey Guy Rye Pale Ale

Hey Guy is orange to amber in color, and has a rich caramely malt body with hints of spice from the rye malt, but the real stars of this brew are the generous amounts of Apollo, Amarillo, and Cascade hops. 8.5 ABV | 88 IBU

Raspberry Beret

A medium-bodied strong Blonde Ale spiced with English and German hops and finished with over 80 lbs. of real raspberries. 7 ABV | 19 IBU

Bourbon Barrel Imperial (aka "Nectar of the Gods")

We take our Imperial Pale Ale and age in in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels to give it a subtle vanilla aroma and a slightly roasted flavor. This one only on tap at the brewery and we only make very small batches. Look for releases in the first week of January, August, and November of every year.
11.5 ABV | 95 IBU

Catt County Cuvee

A strong Blonde Ale aged on American oak for 6 months, the Catt Co. starts our slightly sweet and malty then fades into an awesome array of flavors such as green banana, citrus and vanilla all thanks to the oak. The finish is surprisingly dry thanks to the tannins in the wood, which helps to keep this unsuspectingly high alcohol beer easy to sip on. So sit back and enjoy a goblet whilst you discuss anything from politics to your very own crazy adventures in deep oak forests of far away lands! 8.5 ABV | 33 IBU

15

Fifteen is an Ale brewed in honor of our 15th year of brewing. We aged 15 on toasted American Oak for 3 months. It's a light brown in color, starts off with sweet malty flavors that fade into hints of pear and green banana that eventually give way to vanillin and a dry oaky finish. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. 8.4 ABV

Boozies Belgian Brutal

A Belgian Wit aged on several strains of wild yeast, Boozies has lots of great sour fruity flavors; Some folks pick out sour pear or apples, and others a little bit of banana and coriander...any way you slice it, it's a truly unique brew from our Fredonia location. 7.0 ABV | 18 IBU

Wee Heavy

Our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale is dark, and has a beautiful tan head that doesn't like to dissipate. It has a nice bready aroma and roasted chocolate and caramel flavors that meld nicely with the earthy English hops. 9.4 ABV | 44 IBU

Bees Knees Belgian Ale

A Belgian Abbey ale, brewed with local raw honey and infused with freshly ground ginger root and a hint of allspice. 10 ABV | 33 IBU

Chinook Porter

Every brewer who has been at EBC has made some version of this 'over-hopped, over-the-top' Porter. Obsidian dark, robust, and full of flavors of roasted malt with a big taste and packed with American Chinook hop bitterness and aroma. It's a right of passage. 7.4 ABV | 63 IBU

Peppercorn Rye Pale Ale

Light Rust in color and medium in body this pale is made with over 20% Rye Malt and infused with fresh green and red peppercorns, you will find this brew to be dry, crisp, complex and delicious. 6.8 ABV | 42 IBU
