A refreshing beer any time of the year! A light golden brew that starts out with Canadian 2 row barley, White wheat, and noble German Hops. Then we add just the right amount of blueberry to give a great flavor and aroma.

Toasted Lager (aka Lennon's Light)
|
|
At the Pub we affectionately call this brew Lennon's Light Lager in memory or our long time friend and sous chef Jimmy Lennon. This brew is our lightest on tap and is the beer we attempt to bridge the gap between craft and those other brews, but make no mistake we still use only the finest American and European malts and hops to make this homage to Jimmy. 4.2 ABV | 12 IBU |

In the tradition of all the great stouts that have come before it, our stout is made with only the most choice English malts & hops. Black Jack is dark, rich, smooth, silky, and has a complex flavor and body, reminiscent of espresso and cocoa. Served on Nitro.5.4 ABV | 44 IBU |

The name of this beer has been the topic of many great (and sometimes unusual and awkward) conversations, and has even garnered the blessing of a priest as a Brew Fest. This is our Imperial Pale Ale. It is brewed with tons of delicious secret malts and loads upon loads of glorious hops, and finally dry hopped with copious amounts of Cascade Hops.10.6 ABV | 95 IBU

In the days of yore this brew was reserved for the noble families of Germany and was so revered that the Germans would schedule special events upon its release, imbibing until all the delicious brew was gone...
Every year at the EBC we brew this beer for our fall festival and the reaction of the public is much the same as it was back in the day. We use only the freshest German Hallatauer hops and Munich malts to produce this Royal brew. 5.6 ABV | 24 IBU |

During Colonial times New York State was the Hop Capitol of North America and was poised to become the largest producing region of hop growing in the world...but then came prohibition, and with the loss of the brew came the loss of the hop farms in this area. Recently farmers in Central New York have started to reclaim old hop farms and have replanted this once top crop. Each year we travel to these reclaimed farms and gather hops fresh from the vine to brew Hopicity. It uses all fresh "wet" hops that are no more than several hours off the vine giving us the richest, resiney, most floral flavors.

Brewed in conjunction with the Alleghany alers this is North America's only authentically brewed stein beer. We make this one using Old World techniques that require us to boil the wort with red hot granite rocks. This technique really caramelizes the malts and gives a unique smoky flavor to the beer. 6.2 ABV | 30 IBU |

Hey Guy is orange to amber in color, and has a rich caramely malt body with hints of spice from the rye malt, but the real stars of this brew are the generous amounts of Apollo, Amarillo, and Cascade hops. 8.5 ABV | 88 IBU |

Bourbon Barrel Imperial (aka "Nectar of the Gods")
|
|
We take our Imperial Pale ALe and age in in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels to give it a subtle vanilla aroma and a slightly roasted flavor. This one only on tap at the brewery and we only make very small batches. Look for releases in the first week of January, August, and November of every year.

A strong Blonde Ale aged on American oak for 6 months, the Catt Co. starts our slightly sweet and malty then fades into an awesome array of flavors such as green banana, citrus and vanilla all thanks to the oak. The finish is surprisingly dry thanks to the tannins in the wood, which helps to keep this unsuspectingly high alcohol beer easy to sip on. So sit back and enjoy a goblet whilst you discuss anything from politics to your very own crazy adventures in deep oak forests of far ways lands! 8.5 ABV | 33 IBU

Fifteen is an Ale brewed in honor of our 15th year of brewing.
We aged 15 on toasted American Oak for 3 months. It's a light bown in color, starts off with sweet malty flavors that fade into hints of pear and green bananas and pear that eventually give way to vannilin and a dry oaky finish. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. 8.4 ABV |
