Using our traditional European Brewhouse made in Budapest, Hungary Your day will begin at 9:30 with our head brewer, Dan Minner. While you're "mashing in", Dan will highlight the pinnacle historical elements of brewing, recipe formulation, raw ingredients basics and the science of malting. Of course, there will be sampling and flavor analysis, lunch and more opportunities to get your feet wet--literally! When your batch is complete, we encourage you to return to Ellicottville Brewing to filter and fill a keggy of your very own brew. Cost : $300/person, or $250/person for 2 or more. Limit 4 ppl.
