Join us at EBC West, located in Fredonia, NY, for an elegant evening of paired food & drink. Head Brewer Dan Minner will highlight the history of brewing, different beer styles and their origins, the flavor profile of our beers, and the reason for the food pairing. Learn the basics of brewing, including the of evolution of beer and the ingredients used in the process. During the presentation, a 5 course meal with 5 beer pairings and 1 additional highlighted beer will be served.
  • About the Trainer: Dan Minner is Head Brewer & Master Craftsman at Ellicottville Brewing Co.
