Brewed with a nuanced blend of New Zealand and German hops, this beer was created to celebrate a unique moment in beer history: when a group of German settlers arrived at the shores of New Zealand, founding the village of Sankt Paulidorf. Many of these European settlers brought them hop seedling, aiding in the origin of the hop farms of New Zealand Nelson region that continue to thrive today.
